You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to measure
1.All it takes to measure your tractor seat is a simple steps.
2.Measure height from seat to the top of the backrest of the tractor seat to find if the powerworks' cover fit your seat.
NOTE: In order to fit your forklift seat perfectly, the size of our seat cover is designed according to the size of the tractor seat.
During the installation process, each place of the seat cover needs to be carefully stretched to better install the seat cover and fit the tractor seat.

How to return and get a refund/replacement?
Step 1: Please contact our TICSEA customer service ( Contact us ) and provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-14 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.
1.Reasons Supporting Free Return
DOA(Dead on arrival): You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged
Wrong item sent: Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number and all shipping labels on the package
Doesn't match the description: Please provide us with some photos to show the problem
Quality issues: Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it
2.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return
Arrived too late: TICSEA will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
Don’t want/need/like it: Receive the item but change your mind/order by mistake/price changes
Without manual or non-standard manual: Contact us for an electronic or video manual
User’s error: Any damage caused by user’s mioperation will not be covered
Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock.
